2) Ability to control the hot forming process of large springs. Due to the limited CNC 2-axis hot coil spring machine, the shape control effect in three directions is poor and the accuracy is poor; And there is no automatic rod rotation control and adjustment mechanism, resulting in low level and capability of hot coil spring forming technology. As a result, the accuracy level and surface oxidation decarbonization level of the spring are also low.
